Our Practice

Align Counseling’s philosophy and approach to services is one of inclusivity of all individuals regardless of their age, race, gender, religion, disabilities, or economic status. Everyone has the right to quality care and Align Counseling wants to ensure this is possible.

Align Counseling only accepts clients through the Oregon Health Plan (OHP).

Our Treatment Focus

We offer individual and family counseling. Utilizing different methods of therapy including, but not limited to, Eye Movement Desensitization and Processing (EMDR), Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Forward Thinking Trauma Therapy (FTTT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).  The model really depends on the individual.
